During this first month of the New Year 2009, we have seen some stunning developments that, considered together, should leave absolutely no doubt about the rising radical Islamic threat on our doorsteps in America.
I have been warning Americans since 2002 about this threat, and that the threat is not just confined to terrorism. This is not a “war on terror.” Terror is a tactic, one of many in the arsenal of radical Islamists.
I have been declaring, to anyone who would listen, that
Islamists are well on their way to subverting and transforming Europe,
and they are riding that wave here to America.
I have told my personal story, of how Islamists, step by step, took over my country of Lebanon. How they used our freedoms and commitment to tolerance and multiculturalism against us to further their ultimate ends. And how they are using the same strategies and tactics against us in the West.
In just the past three weeks we have seen:
- A violent Islamic protest in Britain, where an angry mob shouting “Allahu Akbar” chased – yes, chased – dozens of British policemen for blocks. You must see this video to believe it! (Please be warned – there is offensive language and profanity).
- Pro-Hamas, anti-Israel Muslims conducting demonstrations here in America, shouting praises to Hitler for what he did to the Jews, yelling “go back to the ovens,” and at times physically attacking counter-protestors.
- The Amsterdam Court of Appeals ordering the prosecution of Dutch parliamentarian Geert Wilders because he has made statements deemed “insulting” and harmful to “the religious esteem” of Muslims.
- Austrian parliamentarian Susanne Winter convicted of “incitement,” because of public statements she has made, including the claim that the prophet Mohammed was a pedophile.
- Muslim protest marches in Italy that ended with the protestors, in an obvious act of intimidation, conducting mass prayer vigils directly in front of Catholic places of worship.
- The release of an official U.S. government report stating that Hezbollah is forming terrorist cells here in the U.S. that could become operational.
- The UN continuing to move ahead with the “Durban II” conference and its document that is little more than an anti-Israel rant that calls for suppressing public “defamation” of religion – notably Islam. This has run parallel to an effort by the Organization of the Islamic Conference to get the UN Human Rights Commission to pass a resolution condemning public “defamation” of Islam.
My friends, the handwriting is clearly on the wall. Radical Islam is on the march, and it is growing stronger and bolder with every passing day.
What elected official in Europe or the UK will now have the courage to speak out against this threat? Certainly the actions against parliamentarians Wilders and Winter will ultimately have a chilling effect on American elected officials as well.
How many more “no-go zones,” Muslim enclaves where non-Muslims and even police officers fear to go, will appear in Europe? We’re already seeing such enclaves develop here in America right now. There’s a reason why Dearborn, Michigan, is frequently referred to as “Dearbornistan.”
What will happen in America when 50,000 ranting, chanting Islamist demonstrators attempt to aggressively back down and chase police officers trying to maintain order? Will the police use the force necessary? If they do, we can expect howls from groups like CAIR (the Council on American-Islamic Relations). How will government officials respond?
And if the police back down and run, as they recently did in Britain, what message is being sent to radical Islamists?
With the recent announcements by the Obama administration regarding ending the use of certain coercive interrogation practices, will this administration have the courage and use the tools necessary to protect us from Hezbollah, Hamas and al Qaeda terrorist cells in our midst?
It is becoming crystal clear that 2009 is going to be a critical year in our effort to roll back the rising tide of Islamofascism. Over the next several weeks we will be announcing various projects and programs designed so that we can more aggressively and effectively go on the offense against this threat.
I am asking you to pay close attention to these announcements when they occur and to participate in every way you can. We must all come together and ACT! this year, before the worldwide momentum building behind radical Islam becomes too powerful to stop.
Always devoted,
Brigitte Gabriel

____________________________________________________________________________________________
There is more wisdom and insight in his cartoon than in all the news headlines in all the papers over the past century.
Thus says the Lord God: 'A disaster, a singular disaster; behold, it has come! An end has come, the end has come; it has dawned for you; behold, it has come! Doom has come to you, you who dwell in the land; the time has come, a day of trouble is near, and not of rejoicing in the mountains.' (Ezekiel 7:5-7)
O my soul, my soul! I am pained in my very heart! My heart makes a noise in me; I cannot hold my peace, because you have heard, O my soul, the sound of the trumpet, the alarm of war. Destruction upon destruction is cried, for the whole land is plundered. Suddenly my tents are plundered, and my curtains in a moment. How long will I see the standard, and hear the sound of the trumpet? (Jeremiah 4:19-21)
It is because we
have grown up in an often sugar-coated Christianity of 'God is love'
that we nearly feel obliged to be positive in the end. Positive to the point of denying reality and disregarding the unpleasant parts of the scriptures.
Today, I read two articles which reveal America's impending doom. The first was a prophetic word by a Christian. The second was the gay lobby re-writing the entire Bible to fit their will, shaping a god in their own image. A third article rehashes a topic I had previously written describing the means of our destruction. Are you prepared to live in the early 18th century? No electric motors, no communications, no refrigeration, not even electrical power generation. Since most vehicles depend on electric motors to start and stators to produce the spark necessary for ignition.
The campaign slogan of our next president was "Change for America" but it took months to find out what he intended to change and how he intended to change it. We had to deduce from little slips during debates and campaign speeches and conversations, which he thought were semi private but were virally published, that he had one huge agenda in mind. Fundamentally changing America is a huge agenda. An obscure radio interview released late in the campaign cycle revealed how huge, and how fundamental a change to which he was referring. In that radio interview, he was talking about the extreme liberal Supreme Court under Justice Warren and how they had not gone far enough. He felt they had made great strides in what government can't do but had missed their responsibility and opportunity to define what government must do for the people. Expanding and developing the thought, he went on to explain that they should have ensured the government would redistribute the wealth. He labeled it 'Redistributive Change.' He intends to use his presidential powers to influence both the Legislature and the Courts toward that end.
In the words of President Elect Barack Obama "I don't want to punish you for your success (Mr. Smallbusinessman) - but I think when you spread the wealth around it's good for everybody. "
"We need somebody who's got the heart, the empathy, to recognize what it's like to be a young teenage mom, the empathy to understand what it's like to be poor or African-American or gay or disabled or old - and that's the criterion by which I'll be selecting my judges." Barack Obama
Folks, the responsibility of judges is not to 'feel' for victims or plaintiffs. The responsibility of judges is to ensure justice prevails. If somebody steals my truck and takes it for a joy ride, I don't want a judge who 'feels' the economic injustice of the thief's monetary circumstances or his stress levels due to public rejection of his sexual preference. Likewise, it is not the job of legislators to legislate philnathropy, giving away taxpayer's money and then call that economic justice. Listen carefully, for every dollar of your money they give away, they have to charge you three dollars because its expensive to operate a bureaucracy.
But that's not the worst of it. For every dollar they take away from business, that's one less dollar that could be used to hire more workers or pay more for their workers' work, or invest in new business ventures creating new businesses and more jobs. It doesn't increase available revenue for the bureaucrats to spend. It actually reduces the amount they have to spend because it reduces the number of paychecks and sales for them to tax. This is not a theory, but has been proven thanks to the work of Ronald Reagan. I should clarify that statement. Ronald Reagan's economic plan was exceptional because it worked. Lower taxes increased tax revenue as he promised, because it expanded commerce. More paychecks, more products bought, more taxes paid overall even though less taxes were paid individually. The Conservative model of economic politics is to grow the entire pie so everybody benefits. The Liberal model of economic politics is to take some of Paul's earnings to give to Peter to grow Peter's portion, but government has to hang on to 2/3 of what they took from Paul to pay themselves for doing such a fine job. (approval rating hit an all time low of 9% under extreme leftist liberal control) It does not matter to them that they are shrinking the whole pie to increase Peter's portion.
But this is still not the worst of it. All that extra money they take from you and those business people is hurting the very people they claim to be helping. Listen to this historian and economist debate an advocate for interventionism.
Interventionism as a government policy, is not based in the reality of consequences. It is based on feelings and in good intentions and it does tremendous damage to the very groups it endeavors to help. Interventionism is a fine idea on a personal basis. That's what philanthropy is, an endeavor to help those less fortunate than yourself. On a personal basis, it works well because you are cautious how you spend your money to help and you are cautious that you are not hurting the ones you try to help with your hard earned money. But as a governmental policy where party c (caring politician) is employed to require money of party b (businessman/worker) under threat of incarceration, to pay for the benefit of party a, (assisted) the person footing the bill b, is not only not appreciated, he's labeled evil. The person who is appreciated, c didn't personally pay a dime and also benefitted. The person who was supposed to benefit, a has to jump through hoops to qualify for this aid, assistance, help thanks to the ineffecient bureaucracy created to handle a national scale operation which simply doesn't care what it cost or if it really helps. The result is that the assisted group overall is rewarded for bad behavior and choices and penalized for good behavior and choices. Throwing your responsibility to "Do Something" onto the government is not worth it.
And that's still not the worst of it. While in the Senate, the Senator from Chicago sponsored a bill to tax the US citizenry for the poverty stricken around the world and hand off that money to the corrupt United Nations. It was called the Global Poverty Act. Another version is known as the Jubilee Act also co-sponsored by Barack Obama. This one gets its name from the Jewish tradition under direction of the Torah to dissolve all debt every seven years. The Act gets this name because it is designed to dissolve debt to the tune of almost $1,000,000,000,000.00 (one trillion dollars) What this means is that taxing America to donate to the world is a recurring theme in the Obama agenda. Remember the principal of taking from Paul to pay Peter. (Bureaucratic help rewards bad behavior and penalizes good behavior.) Nobody wins except the government and a few despots. Those recipients will wind up in worse condition than they're in now. They're in trouble in the first place because of despots and their wars and previous attempts to help are continually abused by the despots and their militaries. Its sad, its horrible, but unless we are willing to take our military and enforce our form of government and values on them, nothing will help. And feel good policies don't generally include sacrificing our troops in the cause of ending the bloodshed of foreigners. In the case of national disasters, our citizenry have stepped up and out donated every other entity in the world including our own government. How much more could they do if the government weren't stealing from them?
Lest anyone think my words too strong, or my conclusions about the will of the founding fathers wrong, let's just examine a few quotes on the subject. Shall we?

“To take from one, because it is thought his own industry and that of his fathers has acquired too much, in order to spare to others, who, or whose fathers, have not exercised equal industry and skill, is to violate arbitrarily the first principle of association, the guarantee to everyone the free exercise of his industry and the fruits acquired by it.” — Thomas Jefferson, letter to Joseph Milligan, April 6, 1816
“A wise and frugal government… shall restrain men from injuring one another, shall leave them otherwise free to regulate their own pursuits of industry and improvement, and shall not take from the mouth of labor the bread it has earned. This is the sum of good government.” — Thomas Jefferson, First Inaugural Address, March 4, 1801
“Congress has not unlimited powers to provide for the general welfare, but only those specifically enumerated.” — Thomas Jefferson
“The moment the idea is admitted into society that property is not as sacred as the laws of God, and that there is not a force of law and public justice to protect it, anarchy and tyranny commence. If ‘Thou shalt not covet’ and ‘Thou shalt not steal’ were not commandments of Heaven, they must be made inviolable precepts in every society before it can be civilized or made free.” — John Adams, A Defense of the Constitutions of Government of the United States of America, 1787
“With respect to the two words ‘general welfare,’ I have always regarded them as qualified by the detail of powers connected with them. To take them in a literal and unlimited sense would be a metamorphosis of the Constitution into a character which there is a host of proofs was not contemplated by its creators.” — James Madison in a letter to James Robertson
In 1794, when Congress appropriated $15,000 for relief of French refugees who fled from insurrection in San Domingo to Baltimore and Philadelphia, James Madison stood on the floor of the House to object saying:
“I cannot undertake to lay my finger on that article of the Constitution which granted a right to Congress of expending, on objects of benevolence, the money of their constituents.” — James Madison, 4 Annals of Congress 179, 1794
“[T]he government of the United States is a definite government, confined to specified objects. It is not like the state governments, whose powers are more general. Charity is no part of the legislative duty of the government.” — James Madison
There are brilliant economists who think like President Elect Barack Obama and their are brilliant economists who think like the authors of our founding documents, the framers of our system of governance. The current argument from the progressive/leftist/liberal ranks goes something like this; "Isn't conservatism by definition trying to conserve the status quo? and doesn't that mean that you conservatives are stuck in the past?" I rather believe the new way of thinking as those people who think like the founders (those men who wrought from whole cloth something that had never existed on earth since the beginning of civilization, a nation as much as possible, ruled by its citizenry) than those who think like every other form of governance from the beginning of theifdom and the liberal is still labeling the old way of thinking the "NEW THING." (that the citizenry are too dimwitted to rule themselves) Without a doubt, America is changing beyond recognition from its framers' ideals into the all too familiar, socialist, fascist state.
Yes sir, we held the line. Those elitist judges didn't get to make that law stick. The law they legislated from the bench. We've amended the California state constitution to specifically define marriage as between one man and one woman. Other states also held the line during this election cycle as well. In fact, everywhere it was placed before the people, Red state, Blue state, it didn't matter. The people want marriage defined as between one man and one woman.
So that's it. The fights over, right? Not if the agenda driving gay lobby has any say in the matter.Americans for Truth
Homosexual Zealot Clay Rooker Warns Family Activist Linda Harvey: ‘You Are Being Watched!’
November 11th, 2008
Threatens: “jeebus-lovin-christers’ rights will slowly be taken away one by one”
Well, it looks like Prop 8’s passage in California has brought out the homo-fascist element within the larger “queer” activist movement. Below, anti-Christian Clay Rooker — who has soured our pages before with his bile — attempts to intimidate our good friend, Linda Harvey, founder of Mission America and a regular commentator on the Moody Broadcasting Network.
Now that’s no way to treat a lady, Clay, especially a classy one like
Linda who has done yeoman’s work in educating America about the
aggressive homosexual youth agenda. — Peter LaBarbera
Rooker sent the following hate-email to Harvey:

Dear Linda:

Comments: You are very much being watched! All you
jeebus-lovin-christers rights will slowly be taken away one by one the
more you try to press your beliefs down our throats. Beware. We are
everywhere and you will never know it. Watch your mouth. Watch your
actions. We are watching them my friend and we are many and we are rich
and we are very well educated and very powerful. …
And then there's this story from the same site.
Homosexuals Call for Violence against Christian Supporters of Prop 8
November 6th, 2008Surprise, surprise. Some “queer” activists are revealing their homo-fascist tendencies in the wake of the passage Tuesday of the pro-traditional-marriage amendment Prop 8 in California. Matt Barber of Liberty Counsel — who is also a Board Member of Americans For Truth about Homosexuality — issued the release below exposing the intolerance of some homosexual opponents of Prop 8.
The two web posts shown here are copied from the vicious homosexual activist website “Queerty” (which is no fan of AFTAH either). To be fair, there were also posts from homosexual activists — including “gay” icon Frank Kameny — condemning the violent statements. Said Kameny mockingly:
Yes, isn’t it wonderful that all these wonderful boys and girls who fly their rainbow flag and talk about “tolerance” would advocate violence against institutions and people that didn’t vote their way in an election, i.e. the free exercise of DEMOCRACY.” Fidel [Castro] and Hugo [Chavez] would be oh so proud.
The despicable “Queerty,” posts are among the “comments” to a Queerty post titled, “You’ll want to punch them” — showing Prop 8 backers celebrating on election night. Queerty’s webmaster has not removed these two postings even after Barber sent out his release criticizing them yesterday. WorldNetDaily reports on the “gay” anti-Prop 8 intolerance HERE.
Now just imagine the outcry if a Christian site left up a comment from a guy calling on readers to burn down a “gay” church. — Peter LaBarbera

They aren't through yet folks. This fight is not yet over. President Elect Obama is making his cabinet ready and has already established an open door for gender confused and sexually perverse federal employees to be protected groups. Read the full story here.

What do we know about Barack Obama? Ok, we know he is for change. We know he can give a pretty good speech as long as there is a teleprompter to work from. But what do we know? We know that he can take instruction from his campaign advisers. In my article, 'Obama missed it by that much' I noted his variance with Christian understanding of faith and salvation but this past weekend when asked by Pastor Rick Warren, he had quite another understanding of faith and salvation.
Concrete Bob over at DC Protest Warrior has been working on this for a while with a few other folks. I've been monitoring their progress for a couple of months now. Then a couple of weeks ago, this email was sent to one of my colleagues who passed it on to me. Included are pictures of Obama's family in Kenya, he and his father in his father's one visit to Hawaii, he and his mother, he and his white grandparents, he and his adoptive father, and a couple of pictures from 2006 of him stumping in Kenya for his cousin Odinga. (A radical Muslim who after losing his bid for the presidency of Kenya, went on to commit heinous crimes in persecution of Kenyan Christians.) Here is a link to an earlier article I wrote about Obama and his affiliations with radical elements both here in the U.S. and in Kenya. I wrote about his attempt to subjugate American sovereignty to the corrupt and feckless U.N. I wrote about the corruption of the U.N.
Now, the question comes up about his birth certificate. It has been closely examined by professionals in forensics of documents and found to be fake. Its likely that he holds dual citizenship with Indonesia and may not be an American citizen at all. Two different hospitals in Hawaii claim he was born within their walls? Is one or are both sets of records faked? And Obama will not release his information. In fact, he has been working to hide much of his personal record.
Who is this guy and how did he manage to run for community organizer much less leader of the free world? The man has not been vetted. This just goes to show how irresponsible the Democrat Party really is and how irresponsible the nation has become. The press are not asking the questions the Dems should have expected. And now, not even their opposition is willing to ask these basic questions for a man who is running for the highest seat of power in the land. The audacity of hope? Its so audacious that professional politicians don't even know how to challenge this invisible man's missing record. My dad would have been very impressed with Barack's audacity.

UPDATE: Over at the America's Right blog, Jeff Schreiber is working very hard to keep us all up to date on the latest information available. His site is recommended by NewsBusters who are featuring the story because you will not hear about the lawsuit in the main stream media but it is all over the blogosphere. Again it is the blogs that do the real reporting and leave the puff pieces to the news crews' talking heads. Anyway, Jeff is posting almost hourly as he researches and interviews those involved. UPDATE on Berg v. Obama Lawsuit
9:35pmI just got off the phone with Philip Berg, asked some easy questions and some tough ones. I'm no Chris Matthews--for starters, the sight of Barack Obama does not send a chill up my leg--but I think I did a fair job. Keep checking America's Right for the Q&A once I've had a chance to put everything together.
