That is one hysterical video. Clearly it is accepted practice. And it's horrible. Bad enough when I have to hop the "T" and it's so crowded people do it themselves, but know when to stop!!

You are right. We are blessed. And for a week and a half I have been the glass half empty - anger, sadness and pain. And when I simply say thank you God for what I have, life shifts. Thank you for the reminder to practice gratitude. I posted on it last week and forgot how right after!
This is a principal Dennis Prager noted in his book, "Happiness is a Serious Problem." I found this to be true long before I read his book but it confirms the absolute necessity for a happy and fulfilling life.

It is so easy to disregard this basic practice for our well being. That's why we have to step back on a regular basis and remember what we have. Meal times are a great habit, but the best time is at the start and finish of each day where you can take the time to really delve into the depths of those blessings.
